Status

Live in product. A ban is a status on the parker's account at one property: staff mark a guest banned or unbanned from the property or portfolio dashboards, the reservation flow blocks banned parkers, the parker is notified by SMS and email, and every ban writes an activity-trail row.

What is not built: bans keyed to a plate rather than an account, timed bans that expire on their own, automatic bans after N violations, and a self-serve appeal flow. Bans are permanent until staff lift them.
