Shipped: a scripted chat flow. The chat assistant in the product is scripted - it walks the reservation flow with fixed steps and button choices, on the web only, in English, and it never takes payment in the chat: it hands off to the standard checkout.What is not built: free-text natural-language understanding (PP-719 scopes it out for now), the SMS channel, in-chat payment, multilingual support, and human handoff. The conversation shown in this demo is the roadmap version.
