Set grace periods, fee amounts, towing policies, and cooldown timers per property. The system enforces automatically based on your configuration.

What you configure

  • Grace period duration (0-60 minutes)
  • Fee-before-tow toggle (fee first or tow immediately)
  • Fee amount strategy (match reservation or custom)
  • Towing policy (primary partner first or open queue)
  • Free reservation cooldown (prevent abuse)

Cascade logic

  • Portfolio can override all property settings
  • Property settings are default unless portfolio enforces
  • Changes take effect immediately for new violations

Cascade

Portfolio toggles enforce_portfolio_settings to override all properties. Property fields show disabled state with "Managed by portfolio" badge.

How long after expiry before enforcement starts.

Fee Configuration

How much to charge for violations.

Fee before tow
Guests get a fee first and can still move their vehicle before towing is initiated.
Fee Amount Strategy

Same as reservation

Guest pays same amount as their original reservation.

Custom amount

Set a fixed fee for all violations: $10.00

A guest with a $9.99 reservation will be charged $9.99 as a violation fee.

Towing Policy

How towing partners are dispatched.

Primary first
Contact primary partner first. 10-min timeout before open queue.
Open queue
All partners notified simultaneously. First to accept dispatched.
No primary towing partner set

Set one in Towing Partners settings to enable "Primary first" policy.

Cooldown & Limits

Prevent abuse of free parking.
